Custom Venues Conflicting with Lot Traits?

I only have had a little testing time with AA, Custom Venues, Roles and Schedules, but I believe that only roles seem to visit the lots if scheduled, and even with Lot Trait's like Vampire Nexus or Fairy Passage don't seem to work. Only the roles seem to show up, and no visitors. Now I know I can add the role types, and that is guaranteed, but not RNG visitors?

Does anyone else notice this, or have alternate results? It just seems weird to have lot traits, if they don't work for this type of lot type.
