Thank you, I was looking for this option too. But it's completely deleted, no game can be loaded. It looks like The Sims 4 was reinstalled. It's just all gone.
Hello44g4n7m31yg7 and01836362 Is your family household not in manage households? Or do you no longer have your save game file?
If your family household is missing in the save, try restoring an earlier save and see if they are there then

I have the same issue and i am absolutely heartbroken if it cannot be fixed 😭 Hopefully soon it'll get fixed, just get a solution for it
