Discover University Problem

My sim (tenured professor) is working from home and has to create lesson plan. Instructions say this is under education career but I can’t see it. Have tried clicking on a mirror and another sim but ...

    @winegum10 I was curious if I could replicate the issue so I created a test save.  With a bit of cheating, I managed to get Anita to the Tenured Professor level and after several sim days, she finally had the "create lesson plan" assignment.  As you can see in my pic below, I also did not get the option for that but when I had her "plan lecture", this fulfilled the assignment in this game.  Maybe try that again?  I didn't get the check mark until the "plan lecture" action had completed.

Hi, yes I tried that one, doesn’t work. I spoke to the online help yesterday, they said repair and clear cache, after repair failing I spoke to them again and was told to uninstall and reinstall, which i did. Cleared cache after this and restarted pc but it’s still not there.

    I ignored the create lesson plan and sent her into work the next day, she still got promoted. If I get that again I’ll click to do the plan lecture and see what happens. 

    I did manage to repair tonight but there was no change.

    I just want to say thank you for replying, it’s nice to know where I can get help if I need it.

      @winegum10 You're welcome!  I've come to rely on the good people here at AHQ for help with issues and for the answers to many of my questions.  I'm glad I was able to replicate the issue you were seeing.  I do hope "plan lecture" works for you if that assignment comes up again.  :-)

        Just came to say you were absolutely right, create lesson plan came up again so I used plan lecture and it worked. Can’t believe it was as simple as that.
