Discovery Quests and Create a Date not showing what you need to complete

This bug came up recently, with the latest update.

The Discovery Quests show what you need to do at the start, but when you travel to another map, they disappear, leaving the gift box icon, but not showing what needs to be done. Trying to do what you're supposed to do doesn't count towards completing it.

I clicked on the reset button in the Game Menu, going to wait to see if I'll be able to get the uncompleted three Discovery Quests in the most recent save.

It brought back the Discovery Quests with the missions, but when my Reaper Intern Sim came back from work at Grim Reaper HQ, one of the quests remained a gift icon.

The Create a Date ('Get to Know You' & 'Romantic' Date) only gives you the options for who you want to come with you on the date, and where you want the date, but it doesn't give you what was supposed to be the second option, Date Actions.

All that shows when the Dating occurs is the timer and the name of the type of date, just like if your player Sim was asked on a date by a Sim from another household.

Since this is the case, there is no way for the Sim to be able earn Bronze, Silver or Gold on Create a Date dates, so they can't complete the Love Struck Aspirations.
