are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, please test without them.

Please test your issue on a vanilla game. Mods can have issues even when updated. To make sure it's a game issue they need to be remvoed.

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

-  localthumbcache
-  Any lastException Files
-  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

Search for "sims 4 mod stop t posing". There should be a patreon link pretty high in the search results saying "Stop T-Posing Please! (Makarra)". Check if it stops your sims doing this pose.

Otherwise you need to remove mods until you find the culprit.
