Game crashes & Get to work pack issues

Animation errors constantly with get to work, the game freezes, sims wont move, and the game crashes regularly. 

Promotional tasks not being completed even when doing the actions its requested, in this case its attending the work days with my sim even when completing the day it doesn't register.

Never had any issues with my game until i started the detective career with get to work.
