Eco Lifestyle Bikes & Cotage Living Bonus Content are missing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them including Country Kitchen and Bust the Dust Kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All of the bikes from Eco Lifestyle are missing because I can't find/see them in Build & Buy mode. Also, I bought Cottage Living before September 2nd, but I can't find/see the Bonus Content either. I read some news and they said that the Bonus Content problem has been already solved but in my game, all of the Eco Lifestyle bikes and Bonus content are still missing. What is the real problem?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't find the Eco Lifestyle bikes under the Transportation category.
What do you expect to see? The Eco Lifestyle bikes should be in the Transportation category.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

All of the bikes from Eco Lifestyle are missing because I can't find/see them in Build & Buy mode. Also, I bought Cottage Living before September 2nd, but I can't find/see the Bonus Content either.   • @iAmFrankGuy The eco lifestyle bikes have to be built in the fabricator. The only way you will find them in build/buy mode is if you are looking in the debug menu.

  • @iAmFrankGuy  take out every single mod and piece of cc, disable that option completely in the menu and open a completely fresh new save game, then check build/buy again and see if they're there. If they are, then you have some faulty mods/cc.

    Also check Origin, click on The Sims 4 in your game library and switch to the Extra Content tab which shows all the extra freebies like the free Holiday Celebration items. There should be an entry for Cottage Living Gnome on the Go content there if it's enabled on your account. If it isn't, then you should probably contact EA and ask why you don't have it.
