Eco Lifestyle Bikes & Cotage Living Bonus Content are missing

What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them including Country Kitchen and Bust the Dust Kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All of the bikes from Eco Lifestyle are missing because I can't find/see them in Build & Buy mode. Also, I bought Cottage Living before September 2nd, but I can't find/see the Bonus Content either. I read some news and they said that the Bonus Content problem has been already solved but in my game, all of the Eco Lifestyle bikes and Bonus content are still missing. What is the real problem?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't find the Eco Lifestyle bikes under the Transportation category.

All of the bikes from Eco Lifestyle are missing because I can't find/see them in Build & Buy mode. Also, I bought Cottage Living before September 2nd, but I can't find/see the Bonus Content either.
