event items not added to account

Thank you for the suggestion but I have tried this. The missing items are not present in the buy menu even if I do as you said - and if I get the items from a room from the gallery then I get a pop up saying these items are not present on my account, which then immediately deletes the items I am missing.
Sorry for not being able to help maybe they will eventually fix this issue.
