@PugLove888 So stating " none of these issues happened before the fresh install and purchase of the DLCs I just picked up." isn't indication that my PS4 and my Sims 4 game is up to date. Plus when you do a fresh install, don't most people turn off their system and turn it back on?
Yet I shouldn't be frustrated over getting the typical "Did you turn it off and back on" answer?
I am aware of the "Mysterious Weather" aspect of the game and about 90% of the time it doesn't say that when I get odd weather.
When I do see that message on my UI its usually when I am in Glimmerbrook. These weather conditions are happening on every map. I was in San Myshuno on the first day of Summer when it started to snow. It didn't say Sun Snow like I have seen in Glimmerbrook it was just regular snow. I have my game set on a 14 day season cycle , in Spring of those 14 days it rained or thunderstormed every day in every city map, Summer had a mix of Snow, rain, regular temp and high temp, Fall consisted of mostly cold or freezing cold weather, and Winter was either snowing or blizzarding every day. That was in the first year of my new save file. I just hit the first day of year two, so I can't say what the weather will be like until I experience it.
I looked through the known issue list and maybe 5 of the 17 things I listed were already reported, so I don't see how me posting these issues to get further instruction or advised where the best place to report them is a bad thing. Since I don't scour or post in Answer HQ on a regular basis to me "Technical Issues" means things you may need help with or letting someone know about problems you are experiencing. To me "Bugs" are game breaking issues and since I can still play the game I don't consider them game breaking.

A Bug is in general a error in game code that leads to undesired behavior, some bugs are game breaking, others not.
I get your frustration as well, so for the best way to handle this:
For the know issue, make sure that you click the "Me too" button in the corresponding threads in the "Bug Forum"
The more people have a problem, the more likely it is that it will be solved faster.
For the Problems that are not already listed you can create a "Bug Report" on the same board.
(Please make sure to check for post on the same issue before you do that.)
This is indeed the only good way to handle such problems, and the only way that might get your problems some developer attention.
