Does she have the Emotional Void ailment? Sims that have that ailment look like that.

Thank you so much for pointing that out! It’s probably the Emotional Void ailment then. I’ll look into how to cure it.Really appreciate the help!

    You can craft a cute for it on an apothecary table, or call a naturopath, or ask a fairy sim for help.
