How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I use control shift c to open the cheats bar. Type testing cheats true and it says cheats have been enabled. Then when I type out the cheat to make a sim go into labor or use a cheat for promoting a job nothing happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to use cheats such as the go into labor cheat or promote a sim's career, nothing happens while other cheats such as rosebud or cas.fulledit mode still work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the cheats to work as they normally did before my game updated.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I recently updated my sims 4 game through origin for the May 2021 update. but after it had updated I noticed certain things that would happen with my game. Such as my adult sims were not able to interact with the kids stuff object puppet show. Then when I tried using a career promoting cheat nothing happened, and when I tried using the pregnancy cheats nothing happened as well while other cheats still work. I have tried repairing my game and my origin has been updated, I have no idea what else to do and I do not have good internet to try and uninstall origin and have to go through the time of trying to reinstall all of my sims stuff. I would greatly appreciate a solution to this problem. Thank you.
Did you happen to remove Twisted Mexi's All Cheats mod? Or another mod that adds cheats to the game? Because those cheats are blocked by the game without a mod to add them back. Otherwise, the mod may need to be updated.
