As stated in the title, all my female spellcasters, and some non-spellcasters, have the same top on! Photo taken from one of my sims' relationship panels to show the top. The sim in the photo IS a Spellcaster but this isn't the outfit I put her in.
Additional note:
My sim is a celebrity, but doesn't have the fame perk where sims will wear her clothes.

I do have MCCC. But it's happening on Sims I don't even play. I'll check a npc's wardrobe when I load up. Edit: I realized it's on non-spellcasters, too. Like Eliza Pancakes, and other known NPC sims.
She can change, but the NPCs stay in the one top depending on the weather.
Are you playing the stylist career or have that perk from GF that makes all the Sims wear the same thing ? Is it just the top or the whole outfit ?
