Hi, have you got your 'online social features access' setting turned on in the 'other' tab of options? I think you need that selected to access the event 😃
I can't begin the Forever Friends event for some reason. I've tried repairing my game and restarting the EA app multiple times now, but it's made no difference. I even attempted to clear my cache folder (I'm not great with technology so I tried to follow a YouTube tutorial), but still nothing. The problem is that in order begin the event, you have to click on the events button on the main menu, but I don't have it. No matter what I try, the button is just missing. It's genuinely getting quite frustrating. I don't want to miss out on this event and its rewards because of this bug, so I'd appreciate if this issue was solved asap. I don't use mods/cc and I play on a laptop.
