what graphics settings are you playing on ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I originally thought it was because of an old mod or cc I had so I deleted them all then downloaded only up-to-date mods/cc but I'm still having the same issue.

your graphics chip isn't the strongest and the drivers are rather old. Someone else will need to assist you with these though. Can't really help there.

Was it different before ? Can you post a screenshot of your ingame graphics settings ?

yeah, it's all on low that would probably account for the blurry graphics. Did you change anything about them ?

Can you also try a game repair ?

EDIT: Just checked my game on these settings and yeah, that's what it looks like in low.

i don't remember changing anything however i did at one time download a mod that made the menu show more rows and then i deleted that mod... maybe that mod changed the graphics? that's the only thing i can think of.
what should my settings look like? like what should i change it to?

Given your specs, low is probably what the game defaults too.

You can try setting it higher and see how it affects performance. 

I've tried changing it to medium and then high, and it hasn't made any difference :(
I also tried removing all of my mods and that didn't change anything either. i have no clue what else to do...
i might try to start a new file save and see how that goes...

what do you mean repair the game? how do i do that?
