Funerals not working?

I’m using mods but nothing that should affect the new pack: I’m trying to do a funeral for my sim that died before the pack’s release and it says the event is currently underway yet nothing is happening?? Nobody is showing up or anything and there’s no pop up that asks if I want to start the event, is there a glitch with the pack or is it something else?

    I actually continued playing after the post and the funeral did happen! Just like 8 hours later then the time I put it on, I redid the day a few times and it was finally able to work on around the 4th try.

    @moriam6 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
