Gallery Profanity Filter Feedback and How to Report Content

I have a concern.  I saved a Sim or Household.  An original creation on my Xbox Series S.  I created it a couple weeks ago.  I saved it twice.  Recently, I wanted to make some minor changes to it, and save it again.  The Gallery would not allow me to save or upload the newest version.  I did not change his name, I just made an update.  It told me that his full name is disallowed.  That was news to me, since its the EXACT same sim I uploaded before.  The name did NOT change.  So long story short, I could NOT put my new Sim on the Gallery.  What steps or procedures do you use to "disallow" a name?  And how is it possible that a name can be disallowed after using it twice prior?  What suddenly changed?  I don't want to change his name, its my original.  And I am not going to delete it.  Check out my EA: angelboi7531  The Sim's name is Adam McGregor.  I assume the last name "McGregor" is suddenly disallowed, because Adam is a common name.  But like I said, it's the same exact Sim I saved prior, minus a minor update!  Please help.  I will try to include a picture in the comments.  Thank you for your time.  NOTE:  I have found other Sims and Households with the "exact" same last name.  So I don't know what the problem is??
