Gallery Stuck In Infinite Connecting Screen

I've had this issue for a few months now and I've tried all sorts of things, but my game simply will not connect (gallery,events, etc.) The gallery opens, but when I try to connect it stays at the connecting pop-up and events just don't show up. I've tried to ping it but it gives me an error message and I have no clue where I can find what causes it not to work or how I can fix it. It's especially frustrating because I'm now missing all of the reaper event rewards which I was really looking forward to and it connected just fine before. I use windows. 

EDIT: For some reason the issue has fixed itself lol. I have no idea what caused it or why it's suddenly working again since I haven't done anything after making this post, but everything works fine again. 

I'm the only one who can't connect to the gallery ?

I have tried everything to get my sims 4 gallery to work and nothing has worked. Removing mods , the tray file, cache, even restarting my computer, nothing has worked. It hasn't been working for almost a month now,  someone please help !

My gallery is also down. I play on Mac and I haven’t been able to save any houses to my library or gallery for 2 months now. It’s so frustrating. It keeps coming up with an error message. I don’t play with mods or cc. 
When will they fix this issue?

The Gallery has been up every time that I checked it, including just now. I haven't had any problems with My Library either. You probably need to be more specific about the problems you're having if you want any meaningful help. It probably won't come from me, since it's very rare for me to actually use the gallery. I'm just trying to get things started for you. Good luck!

it appears if I try save to library and gallery. So I’m not too sure what the issue could be because it doesn’t say why there’s an error or how to fix the problem 

Every time I cllick on the gallery and try to get it to connect it just says its trying to connect and never does. It is super frustrating because I cannot build very well lol and I depend on things in the gallery to make my gameplay enjoyable.

My gallery wont even connect. I am playing on a MacBook. Someone help us please lol.

I wonder if this is a Mac related issue? I am also on Mac. My gallery loads but I’m unable to put my build on or save them to my library 

I don't know what to do either, especially with such a vague error message. I'm just hoping that somebody else will see this and have some idea of what could be wrong. There are some Gallery related issues on the Compiled List of Reported Issues at EA Answers but I only read the titles. I don't think any of them sound like this problem.
