Can someone help me? For the past day my gallery hasn’t been working. It’s stuck on “attempting to connect” I’ve tried everything I’ve closed out of the sims, restarted my console, redownloaded the game, changed my wifi but nothing is working. Everything besides the sims runs perfectly.

Having the same exact issue..power went out..and well did the same thing as you..tried everything to fix it..moving the tray folder, uninstall reinstall, flush dns, checking for pc updates, checking the firewall, literally tried every kind of possible solution i could find on the web but nothing seems to work
hello again, thank you so much for being so kind. my game is working fine however, my gallery still gets stuck at the " attempting to connect " screen and it just loads there for so long even if my pc is connected to the wifi. do you perhaps know how to fix this?
This was an old issue but all remedies were years ago when Origin existed not with the current EA app. I had a working game 2 days ago. Last thing I did was play Sims 4 and shut down my computer. Yesterday, less than 12 hours, I can't connect online. I can't see the Gallery since the game is offline. I have internet, EA app works fine and says I am online. I can even purchase stuff from inside the game. I removed the mods, I repaired the game, I started with making exceptions for the Sims 4 folder on my C drive and under documents on the antivirus and firewall. I went and cleared cashes and files from document as suggested in an old thread. I even turned off antivirus and firewall. I connected from 5G at home to my 2.5 to even my phone as hotspot. I reseted my router and my wifi connection from my computer (forget). There hasn't been a Windows Update, I haven't downloaded any cc in months, I have no other games, I haven't installed anything new in my computer. Nothing has changed from my side on Sims 4. I even checked and my account has no bans.

My computer is new, less than one year, an ASUS ROG which is overpowered for this game but I upgraded so I can keep playing Sims 4, the only game I play :D
Wondering what else can I do. Is it only me? Did something happened to the game yesterday or the servers? Open for suggestions...pls help!
Having the same issue. Was working fine but all of a sudden, I can no longer connect to the gallery. Just the pop-up showing "Attempting to Connect" and constant spinning image. Similarly, when playing online, the game takes a very long time to load - not sure if its trying to connect to the gallery during that time.
I'm having the same problem. I was playing yesterday morning and the Gallery worked fine. I returned to the game a few hours later and suddenly couldn't connect to the Gallery. This hasn't happened to me in years - since the Origin days. I tried everything you did, and there's another post on here with two other people having this problem within the last 24 hours, but I can't find any other posts about this on sites like Reddit. D:

Yesterday afternoon, my online Gallery suddenly stopped working and said I was offline, while EA and my Wi-Fi connection said I was online. The gallery worked fine yesterday morning. I got off the game and returned a few hours later, and it said I was offline. When I select "Connect," it just attempts to connect indefinitely. I have tried removing my Mods folder (I don't use Mods), removing the Sims 4 folder from the Documents folder, checking that my firewall wasn't blocking it, and deleting the cache files. It is still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this?
(I play on an Acer laptop that's only a year old)
I just created a new account in EA. I logged in...it recognized my installed sims. I am currently running Sims 4 under this new account AND I was able to log to the Gallery!!!! This is NOT a WIFI, connectivity issue. The Sims 4 game is blocking by username.
Updated: I log off EA and relogged as my original vikinggear account and again I am unable to connect. Same computer. Again is NOT the WIFI is something EA has to fix.
I have this same issue too, it's not connecting no matter what I try.
This is not a connectivity issue is on their end. I created a different EA account and was able to connect to the gallery. I switched back to my original account and cannot connect to the Gallery again. Something on their side is blocking by username.
