    Hello! Let me say right away that the problem is solved. I tried your recommendation one more time and when I got to the try phone Hotspot I remembered to turn off the Wi-Fi this time and it worked! 

    Now I need to find why there is a problem ....internet/firewall or something different 

    As for the scenarios, as soon as I created the screenshots, they appeared. I don't know if I didn't give them enough time to read or something, but that was also resolved.

    Just a short follow-up. I managed to find,after 5 days of searching, what the problem was.

    My firewall (on my router) was set to medium. When I switched it to low...everything worked. 

    I hope this help someone.
