Game crashing and closing when saving/travelling

When saving or travelling lots, Sims is crashing/freezing then force closing. I have removed and disabled cc/mods, I have repaired game, cleared cache and followed everything I can find to try to fix it. It now lets me save once or twice (after repairing) but then if you were to try again, it just tries and closes. Loading back in I have naturally lost progress, and I am basically playing the same day in a loop because it won't save. If sims travel it also force closes. Aging up it simply closes if you try to save. Milestones for infant are trying to happen but taking 4/5 times to actually happen, then you get the save issue again. 

I am playing on a new save and this was working fine with the first update for Adventure Awaits coming but since this last one I can't play properly
