Game crashing

Hii, I'm having a problem with my game, mainly:

when I attempt to load a household it loads for a while then my game completely crashes and I get a notification saying "your app has crashed, would you like to restart it?". The game worked normally before but I noticed that the save I made last night is gone, it didn't repeat after that so I just ignored it cause nothing important happened. I'd like to mention that I have a ton of mods and downloaded some today . Rn I'm checking if any of them are causing the issue. Could it be that my save file is corrupted? I'll be extremely thankful for any insight :)

    079xouzq5wjc​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this household and when it crashes, look for an new LE.  If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply.

    If you don't get an LE, try moving the household to a different lot.  Load the family and the lot separately.  That should tell you where the problem is.  If it's the family, split them and test again until you find the sim that's triggering the crashing.

    It's not an issue with the save, but with the family for some reason. I can load all the other ones but my main one isn't working. The game still crashes when I try to load them- no matter if I try it with an old save or the most recent one.
