Game doesn't start when launched the first time

My game doesn't want to start, like it doesn't get me to the start menu, it just sits and thinks, doesn't help that I force quit it, open it again. I might need to do it like 3 times. Also I have all my packs uninstalled and just updated to the newest version, but this issue has been happening for a few months now.  I don't have any mods installed either.
