Game failed to load, getting Error Code 123:35e4f805:f2e2fcc8

I'm getting an error code related to one specific lot (that I have built on) in my game. I built on the Kiyomatsu Point lot in Mt. Komorebi (from Snowy Escape) and now I'm constantly getting this err...

alpacainspace​  Do you get a lastexception when this happens?  It would be best to delete any you already have; they'd be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  Then trigger the error again and look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open the file, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here.  Or you can copy the entire text and paste it into a reply.

Please test with your Mods folder removed.
