Game is crashing and getting stuck again

So I recently made a post on here asking for help with my game crashing and getting stuck at certain points. The help I got told me to do the 50/50 method with my cc and mods, and I did that, took out a bunch of cc that was most likely the culprit that I could live without in my game, and the game was working fine up until the recent update. Now my game is crashing and getting stuck again. I know I could easily do the 50/50 method again, except all the cc/mods that are now in my folder have been in there before and never made my game crash like this. Just want to get some clarification and some help again lol, cause if this is an update issue, then wow that sucks. I attached the DxDiag.
