Game issues since update

Hello, I have been working on my sims to try to fix what I can as some things are unplayable. I did update my mods and then removed them to test the below bugs and still showed the same issue

1. My rental properties are no longer showing up, says I dont own any properties but the sim is still listed as owner when you hover over the areas on map

2. I get stuck when trying to travel and its just a endless loading screen, this endless loading screen happens most when am in world view and try to edit a area it gets stuck loading into the area to build.

any solutions for the above please as again these issues happen with and without bugs since update, fyi  I tried clean install, even tried renaming folder so creates new
