Game issues

Hello! I am new to this but everywhere I look I do not show anyone else having this issue. My game is able to load and play, however, when I go into build/buy or load into another lot like the sim traveled when it load the game still plays but everything is gone. you cannot select sims or create actions, there is no bottom bar and you cannot go into build/buy, or manage worlds you can save and quit but every time you travel or step away from live mode you can no longer play. I have repaired the game, I have looked into everything and it seems fine and not sure what to do at this point. Any input or assistance it very welcomed!
