Game won't load
Since the last update: My game will bring to the main menu, but if I click on load game, which has no mods, it will not load. It will start, but then it will freeze, and I can't exit out of the game....

Does it matter which save you are loading ? Does it happen with all of them ? Did you never have mods/cc in your game or did you remove them ?
For the spiral staircases please use the feedback forum. You can play all Sims games offline. You just need put EA app in offline mode.
And no, there will be no reimbursements for the base game.
It does it with all saves. I created an update tester base game no mods save. I have had mods, just not in this save. I pulled them completely from my game, and have not put them back in, since the last update. It just freezes and won't load. I have removed my game and reinstalled and I get the same thing. Even tried created a new game, same thing.
