Why is an emergency ping alert coming up on my screen while I play?

So I my game using cloud gaming on my laptop, and for the whole day i get a ping of some sort showing up on my screen while i play. My friend who also has been playing her game through cloud gaming on her computer has been recieving the same thing on her game. What is this and what does this mean?
