Gameplay issues since Life and Death pack

I've also been having some issues with game play since the Life and Death pack's release. 

Below are the only issues I've had so far. I preordered the pack, downloaded it on halloween and started playing it properly on November 4th.

I have all the packs except for:

Bowling Night
Vintage Glamour
Perfect Patio
Luxury Party
All the kits (I own cozy bistro, riviera retreat, urban homage, goth galore, desert luxe, blooming rooms and bust the dust) 

For Rent:

An issue will occur, I'll go over and sort it out but the event thing doesn't disappear even though it's all been ticked, I'll return back home and it'll be set as "tenants resolved issue themselves" or "you failed to address it" decreasing my unit score 

Cottage Living:

Animal in cow shed going into household inventory whenever I go to build mode and not staying in the shed when I assign it to animal or being able to be placed manually

General:

The UI will sometimes just randomly disappear completely or partially so I either can't see my sims' moods etc or the event goals section will just disappear while the event is still going on so I can't see what else I need to do or can't end the event early
The romance bar will rapidly deplete for no reason
