Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By loading a new game with a ghost and having the ghost change outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? When loading into the world for the first time and when changing outfits, the large picture of the sim at the bottom left of the screen will sometimes show a living sim instead of a ghost.
What do you expect to see? I expect ghost sims to always be ghosts everywhere their picture appears.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the latest update in which ghosts where added to the game.
This bug has appeared four times for me. Once when I loaded into a new game with a ghost. Again when my sim changed clothes to perform dancing Infront of the tv, again when my sim changed clothes to attend the flea market, and lastly when my sim changed into her cold weather outfit.
