Golden Stainless Auto-Pot

Hey guys,

Do you guys also have a golden version of a Stainless Steel Auto-Pot? Mines like yellow or gold where the solver stainless part would be. This is from leveling up careers by the way.

How do I get these? If I rebuy it in build mode, they're silver only.

Yea, but I got it straight as golden version. Or is it randomly coloured when you get it as a reward for leveling a career or doing the dinner party thing?

Because I have a different save file and in that version, I got the correctly coloured silver one.

Also, when I sell it, why does it sell for $0?

I think it is randomly coloured yes. You can always just recolour it if the one you got doesn't fit your Sims interior. Mine is $168 when I sell it in build mode.

Do you know why it would be $0? I'm not actually sure how I got them and I have 2.

And what's weird is when I hover on the object, it doesn't have the same information as your screenshot above. All it says is "Quality: Spoiled" "BREW COFFEE", "Made by SimName", "3 Left".

There's no cost, no name, detailed description, drink quality, environment and reliability scores like in your screenshot.

By the way I'm hovering it in my Build Mode Inventory, not Live Mode.

Could you share a screenshot? It sounds more like a cup of coffee than a coffee machine...

You picked up a brewer that was not empty. Place it on a counter then you can empty it.
It sounds like your Sim has the kleptomaniac trait where they sometimes will return home with different items they "borrowed" at work or elsewhere.
