Grim Reaper Rewards Event

Just got the rewards event, and started playing and I already have issues. It says to plant snapdragon and lily and I have tried multiple times, inside and outside and the reward does not register. Other rewards such as ordering starter flower sees and researching ambrosia have worked yet gardening is still glitched.

@ churatan Make sure you're using the Grimophone to summon the Reaper.

tallulahgrace Did you delete accountDataDB.package, or do you have OneDrive or iCloud Drive active and syncing your files? The accountDataDB file holds your progress for the tasks.

well the task wont even show up for me had to exit out of my game and come back since the grimaphone would show up after i claimed it when i cam back all task are blank

  Me too. I was able to get the potions and earrings but all my future tasks have disappeared. My next award was the scare seeker lot trait.

I can't do anything with the event, nothing will show up, it started to and when i left the game and came back , it was blank

Just started the event. Rewards UI isn't working for me, and I need to get the grimphone to finish quest. It won't open when I click on it.

  I had this problem too, removed my mods and worked. But I'm stuck on planting the Lilly end Snapdragon

  I am having the same issue! My quests are clearing just fine but I cant open the event rewards!

  Same! I even moved housed to a different neighborhood. I've not tried restarting the app or repairing the game yet, have you?

    done both. I also removed all my mods and repaired the game, again. I haven't tried planting the flowers yet, but Grimmie won't come when summoned. It also won't let me repeat the summons. ☹️

I'm having the exact same issue. I've completed everything already except for planting the flowers. I've planted almost ten each at this point 😤

Same for me, I also can't open the Event UI to unlock the Grimaphone either.

Just started playing a couple hours ago. Completed a number of tasks before exiting the game. Went back in and all the tasks have reappeared that I've already completed. 🤦‍♀️
