Grim Reaper stays after Sims dies

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: Mac
Which language are you playing the game in?: French
How often does the bug occur?: Each time a Sim dies
What is your current game version number?: 1.99.305.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?:

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: A Sim that die in a household. 
What happens when the bug occurs?: The Grim Reaper stay until you leave the plot and come back.
What do you expect to see?: The Grim Reaper to leave after the death of a Sim. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: No
Please describe the patch or change you made.: None

gameplay issue

    @ScreenName000001 

    That is pretty normal for Grim.  Sometimes, he'll want to talk, watch TV, play games, and even do gardening.  It really varies each time.  But as you found out, you can get rid of him by traveling.

    Thank you @CGrant56 ! He just stay there and I can’t interact with him. He doesn’t watch TV or do anything. I can get rid of him travelling but it’s seems more than a bug than a feature.

    I've seen that too.  But eventually he will leave unless he gets hung on something.  I had him get hung on a fence once when he came to collect a chicken.  I had to travel and return to clear it.  I've also had him hang up waiting for an NPC to get there to say hello.  Took forever for the NPC to get there, do his thing, and leave, before Grim went on about his business and left.
