Hi there fellow simmer!
I was very excited about the daily login rewards and I see the announcement in the EA launcher. However, there is no pop-up or what so ever in the game. The daily login rewards have been going on a couple of days but it does not seem to work. I have been reading about more people having the same problems. It was said that it might have something to do with the set game language. I find that very silly if that is the case.
Is there any clarity on what causes this? And is there a way to fix it and extend the period of the login rewards? It would be nice if new releases/games/etc. of the Sims game work for once in a while.

If you see the Freezer bunny on the home screen but clicking it doesn't work. Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
If you don't see it. This is a staggered release you will get it on June 13 at the latest.
I don't use mods or cc. I don't see de freezer bunny pop up in game. I only see it promoted on the EA launcher..
