So my fairy children aged up into teens. I was so excited they had aged up, but in their fairy form their heads are literally missing. I’ve reloaded the game, removed mods, and repaired the game. I load it back up and their heads are still missing. I’ve done everything I can to fix it and nothing has worked. The only thing I can think of is there’s something wrong with the save. I’ve worked really hard on this save and I don’t want to delete it. I don’t know what else to do
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game
- Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Start your save game
- Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Thank you it did work and made the new folder. I’m just going to do a new save and hope I don’t have all the issues I had
