Have two of the same expansion packs

I was gifted "Cottage Living" by my sister but I already have that expansion pack. It just seats on my account and I don't seem to be able to convert it into cash so that I can purchase one of the expansion packs I don't yet have. Any ideas of how I can do so? Help please... thanks.

    Hey @EddieSimish , ah that's a bummer! Can you and your sister contact EA Help to see if your sister can get a refund? She should be eligible for one since you already own the pack that she gifted you: Contact EA Help
