so, I ran into this issue where the pie menu when trying to click on other sims isn't wanting to show Up, I've tried restarting the game it works yeah but only for a bit and I'm not sure what is going on?
Try repairing the game, and also clearing the cache files.

If the issues remain, and if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
