HELP! Can't move this object obstructing play

Can you not click on it at all ?

I can click on it but i live mode the options you get are put in inventory or rename, ride is grayed out as it is too far from any sim...not even the NPC Sims can use the lift because of it. No one is able to ski. And in build mode you aren't able to scroll far enough to see it. You can't move it like you can move plates etc in live mode.
If you can click on it, please use the solution provided in the thread I linked.
