I just checked the tuning file for the accolades with S4S. It doesn't have a special tuning file even, it uses the basic Object_Sculpture tuning. Those cannot be stored in anything other than household inventory.
You could mod it to make it live drag enabled and storeable in sim inventories and/or chests if you wanted to. That's a super-easy override job. It would take all of 3 minutes.
