Can't choose gallery lot in newcrest for event

I recently got a lot from the gallery and placed it in the Newcrest world for my gender reveal. When going back to my household and trying to plan an event through the calendar, the “Newcrest” world ...

What is the lot type set as? I know if it's 'generic' it doesn't usually come up in the location menu for planning events.

    At first it was on residential, then I changed it to generic. Then I was doing research and I saw people say change it to wedding venue. That still didn’t work 😔. 
    Then I also noticed when I clicked on “whohoo party” or whatever it’s called, Newcrest was an option . So idk what’s going on .
