Hired Help

I can't stand that if I hire a ranch hand for my family, they won't stay OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. To which I often end up firing them even when I set specific locks within the household.

Secondly, WHYYYYYY does hired help keep randomly getting swapped out? I spent time in CAS updating Juelz, and now randomly after months of gameplay and having JUST aged up and dressed the latest family addition (infant), I all of a sudden have a new Bulter named Angelo.

Honestly, stuff like this really pisses me off!

What's the fix?!
