Home Page Error After Loading

Once I hit start to play on the EA App, my game loads, very slowly. But then when it finally loads to the Home Screen to resume game, it is just a black screen. I have cleared cache's, removed mods, uninstalled then reinstalled. I literally have no clue what to do and I can't play
