Hoouseholds Tagged As Modded Without Any CC

I have a (new) household (in a fresh save) with just one sim so far, and I saved it; it said that it had mods or cc, but I do not use any CAS cc or mods. I only have the most recent mc command center installed and that's all.

    No, I haven't even made it to the actual game part yet; It's just my sim in CAS.

    @MJTiny Try this:

    Remove all your mods/cc from the game and start a new save game, download the Sim into that and try to reupload to the gallery. Is it still tagged ?
