Hotfix broke my game

I have been playing for a while now and I love sims 4 but after the hotfix the game has become unplayable. I can't save and when I do I get an error 13, I can't build, edit, add, remove, replace in build mode. When I move things, it sticks the pointer. I have repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled the game several times. I don't use MODS and CC at all. The only thing that is working is CAS.
