Command + A in Mac, Cntrl+A in windows and right click delete. It’s what I usually do at the end of every month after saving the screenshots elsewhere

catloverplayer In addition to what BlueSeaWaves said, you can delete files in the screenshot folder anytime even when the game is running.
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but what you have in screenshots doesn't get loaded when you start the game and doesn't affect load times. Deleting them won't change that. Otoh, the number of mods and CC files you have will affect load times as they are loaded by the game before you get to the Main Menu. The more you have, the longer it takes. If you have a lot of CC, you'll need to get rid of some if you want to see any improvement in loading times. And the amount of build CC you have used a lot will also slow down the loading of that lot after the save loads. Same applies with CAS CC too when going to CAS after you get there because it takes more time for the thumbnails to generate. The less CC used of either gets you faster loading times for both CAS and lots. And the amount of build CC you have will also increases lag and creates other issues you can run into in build mode as well as how fast the catalog responses.
Hope this helps
