[OVERVIEW] Gameplay Issues

There are several steps one can take to troubleshoot their own game before seeking help. There are some standard recipes that can help with several game problems.

If you still need help with your issue after doing those steps, please create a new post and make sure to always provide the following info

• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, XBox, Playstation) ?
• For PC: Are you on EA app, Steam or Epic ?
• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, did you test without them ?
• What happens in the game and what troubleshooting steps have you taken already ?
• A screenshot or video.

It's best if you could test the following things beforehand and provide the information as well

• Test another household in the same save to see if the same issue occurs
• Test a completely new save (not the same Sims/Houses, nothing from the Gallery) and see if the same issue occurs
• If you are using an occult Sim, try a non-occult or a different occult (or vice-versa)
