how do you sell your pet if your sim won't go to the computer? i have tried creating a different sim. the strange thing is they listen to me like normal then after i try to get them to sell (or adopt out) the sim will not listen to me.

@Mastermagiflame2 Why can't your Sim use a computer? One way to remove a pet from your family is with testingcheats. With testingcheats enabled, Shift + click on the pet and select the Remove from Family option. The pet will still be in the game but will no longer be in your household. If you change your mind you can do the reverse, Shift + click on the pet and choose Add to Family.
You might want to add a few more details if you need help on that computer thing. Like which platform you are playing on, do you use mods, is it like that for all Sims on all computers, in a different house or in a new save, etc.
