[HR] All competitions unlock on participation/no eligible horse

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except the rubbish star wars one
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Single sim household, one horse. Travelled to town to the park to enter the horse competition. Enter horse in beginner competition (I entered Western Pleasure) and win. Let sim and horse exit the rabbit hole. Try to enter competition again.
What happens when the bug occurs? I entered a competition and won. Now when I click on “enter competition”, all the competitions are open to me (not greyed out) despite me only winning ONE beginner comp. So I should only be allowed to click on the beginner competitions and one intermediate comp. My horse doesn’t appear in the menu, even though his needs are all full and he is standing right there. He can move, he isn’t stuck. But the menu just says I have no eligible horses. He isn’t a foal and he is not pregnant.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to enter competitions and for the game to recognise my horse’s existence when he is literally standing next to my sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Sorry for dusty photos of screen but unable to do screenshots as am on phone. My horse isn’t allowed to enter any other competitions? And the game seems my sim eligible to enter everything despite the fact that she only won one competition so far?
