I can't get into my sims home.

So I recently moved my sims to a new lot, but it's cliched somehow. My sims can move in and out and do things, but to me it just looks like when you visit a lot with your sim. I can't change the floor in gamemode, it's just stuck on the highest setting and won't let me go down.

How can I fix this? I allready tried re-loading the lot, closing and repairing the game, but nothing has worked. Please help! I really want to play the new event...

I don't have mods installed rn, I do have a few pieces of cc, but don't know if that could impact this?
