I wanted to download the sims 4 but it only suggests me 3 languages: Czech, Polish and Russian. But I don't understand these languages. I wanted to select english, but the ea program didn't have it like an option.
When bought in that region those are the only options available.
The only way would be to have purchased in another region. However now that the basegame is free to play there is a workaround. Get the game on Steam and play from there. You must have Origin installed as the EA App does not support Steam at the moment.
